Each month I conduct an oral reading fluency assessment to determine your child's speed, accuracy and grade level based on normed, benchmarked data. Tracking this over time will show your child's growth, as we work towards closing the gap.

My job is to help alleviate the struggle by providing a clear, direct path forward using evidence-based, best practices. I look at the 'whole child' and modify my instructional practice accordingly.

We go as fast as we can, but as slow as we need to. There is no magic bullet. Language based learning differences are neurological in origin. It takes time to rewire the brain, and every child's journey is different.
